How do I book an on-demand delivery service step-by-step?
Step 1: Go to Send Parcel and click On-Demand Delivery. Enter your pick-up location and drop-off location.
Note: You may add up to 10 drop-off locations if you are sending parcels to different receivers. The quote will vary accordingly.
Step 2: Select a date and time for your parcel pick-up, then click Get a Quote.
Step 3: Review the available courier options and click Select to choose your preferred courier.
Step 4: Fill in all pick-up and drop-off details.
Step 5: Click Pay Now to complete your booking.
Note: On-demand delivery is paperless — no AWB is required. Write the receiver's name, contact number, and order number directly on the parcel before handover.
Once payment is confirmed, you can track your on-demand parcel in real-time.
