Why my On-Demand parcel wasn't picked up?

Sometimes the drivers can be delayed by traffic conditions. You can contact your driver via call for an update on your booking. As he or she may be on the road, please try again if there is no response at first.

Also, status of your On-Demand Delivery may be one of the reason of this situation happens. Each status indicates a different situation for your on-demand delivery. There are a few possible reasons as to why the status stayed the same (pending - parcel wasn't picked up). Kindly refer to the table below: 

Possible Reasons The Status Stay The Same
The system is locating the closest suitable driver to pick up your parcel.A suitable driver may not have been found yet.
AcceptedDriver has accepted your order booking and is on his way to pick up your parcel.The driver could be stuck in a traffic jam, or the distance to your selected pick up location is quite far.
In TransitYour parcel has been picked up and is in transit to its destination.Your parcel is still in delivery and has not reached its destination yet.
