Why my On-Demand parcel wasn't picked up?

GrabExpress: We’re sorry about your experience! Sometimes the drivers can be delayed by traffic conditions. You can contact your driver via call for an update on your booking. As he or she may be on the road, please try again if there is no response at first.


Contact us if your parcel is still not being picked up, or if the driver did not respond. Report the issue to us within 12 hours upon placing your booking.
