What should I do if my On-Demand parcel was damaged upon delivery?

If your On-Demand parcel was damaged upon delivery, you should take the following steps:

1. Document the damage: Take photos of the damaged parcel, including any visible damage to the packaging and the contents inside.

2. Contact us: Our customer service agent may ask you to provide proof of damage, such as the photos you took. You may contact us here.

3. File a claim: You might need to report the damage and request compensation of the damaged parcel. Make sure you have all the necessary information and documentation to support your claim. No worries, our customer service agent will guide you through the whole process with you!

4. Follow up: Keep track of your claim and follow up your insurance claim progress status by clicking on the “Customer Support” and then Parcel Report. Your submission can be assigned any of the following statuses. Refer here for what each status means in details. 


Note: The reporting timeframe for on-demand delivery is within 24 hours.
