Unfortunately, your receiver was not available or uncontactable while the delivery rider/driver arrived at the receiver’s location. Hence, it will be considered as "Failed Delivery" in the system.
Note for Viamove On-Demand Delivery: If the parcel is unable to be delivered to the receiver, the courier's driver will get in touch with the sender or receiver to request a cash payment fee of SGD 8 for the redelivery or return of the parcel. The payment amount can be determined through mutual agreement.
