If your receiver was unavailable or uncontactable when the delivery rider or driver arrived, the delivery will be marked as Failed Delivery in the system.
Note: For on-demand deliveries where the parcel cannot be delivered, the courier's driver will contact the sender or receiver to arrange either a redelivery or return. Additional charges may apply depending on the courier. Please check with the respective courier for their applicable fees and terms.
