What is an On-Demand "Failed Delivery"?
GrabExpress: The delivery status is marked as failed delivery on your order because your receiver was either not available or uncontactable when our driver was trying to deliver the parcel.
Why am I being charged for an On-Demand failed delivery?
GrabExpress: The delivery fee is used for reimbursing driver for their effort to attempt the parcel and the effort to drive back to the sender to return it in case of unsuccessful delivery.
In the event that the initial On-Demand delivery was unsuccessful, when will my parcel be returned?
GrabExpress: The driver should be contacting you within 24hrs to arrange for the return of your parcel. However, please note that if the parcel is picked up from an F&B outlet (e.g. McDonald's, etc), the driver will be required to dispose of it if the initial delivery was unsuccessful.
