Why is the On-Demand parcel returned to me?

Unfortunately, Your receiver was not available or uncontactable while the rider arrived at the receiver’s location. Thus, the parcel will be arranged to be returned to the sender.



Note for Viamove On-Demand Delivery:   If the parcel is unable to be delivered to the receiver, the courier's driver will get in touch with the sender or receiver to request a cash payment fee of SGD 8 for the redelivery or return of the parcel. The payment amount can be determined through mutual agreement.
