To track your shipment, log in to EasyParcel SG and navigate to Manage Parcel > On-Demand Delivery. Locate your order and click "View Tracking" to open the real-time progress map. From here, you can monitor the driver's current location, view the parcel timeline, and check the Current Status for the most recent updates on your delivery.
Keen on knowing your On-Demand parcel whereabout? Follow these simple steps to find out the updates.
Step 1: Go to "Manage Parcel", then choose "On-Demand Delivery". Choose which parcels' progress you would like to track, then click "View Tracking".
Step 2: You may view the real-time progress indicator at the top left.
Step 3: Alternatively, you can view the current status of the parcel, details of your driver, parcel timeline, and the amount you paid, all under your parcel ID.
