1. Document the parcel before sending out: Take photos of the parcel, including packaging and the contents inside.
2. Check the delivery status: Check the delivery status of your parcel to ensure that it has been delivered. You can do this by tracking the parcel using the tracking number provided by us.
2. Contact us: Our customer service agent may ask you to provide the parcel content and parcel packaging, such as the photos you took. You may contact us here.
3. File a claim: You might need to report the damage and request compensation of the missing parcel. Make sure you have all the necessary information and documentation to support your claim. No worries, our customer service agent will guide you through the whole process with you!
4. Follow up: Keep track of your claim and follow up your insurance claim progress status by clicking on the Customer Support” and then Parcel Report. Your submission can be assigned any of the following statuses. Refer here for what each status means in details.
5. Please note that the timeframe for reporting on-demand delivery is within 24 hours. If you fail to report within this timeframe, your claim may not be processed.
