To rate a courier, log in to your dashboard and navigate to Manage Parcel > All Parcel. Click the rating icon located directly under the AWB icon for your shipment. In the pop-up window, you can adjust the star rating and leave a comment to share your experience. Your feedback helps maintain service quality.
Follow the steps below to rate and leave a review a courier service in EasyParcel's website!
Step 1: At your dashboard side bar, select "Manage Parcel" > "All Parcel".
Step 2: Click the icon right under AWB's icon, a dropdown menu will show up. Click "Rating" then proceed to next step.
Step 3: A pop up will appear, you can rate the courier service by adjusting the stars and leaving a comment at the section below!
