Quick Summary
To ship via the EasyParcel SG app, log in and tap Send Parcel or the box icon. Enter your sender and receiver details, followed by the parcel’s weight and dimensions. For international shipments, ensure you include the correct HS Code. Select your courier and pickup/drop-off date, complete the checkout, and download your Airway Bill (AWB) directly from the Order section for printing
Step 1: Download EasyParcel’s mobile APP from Google Play Store (For Android users) or Apple Store (For iOS users) and then log in (for existing users)/sign up (for new users) to your EasyParcel account.
Step 2: Click ‘Send Parcel‘ button or click ‘box’ icon at the bottom to book shipment.
Step 3: Fill in Sender and Receiver’s details.
Step 3.1: You can save every address you use automatically in the Address Book. When placing your next order, simply select the address and other details from the Address Book, and it will fill in automatically for you.
Step 4: Fill in your parcel details such as actual parcel weight, volumetric weight (Height, Length and Width), parcel content, parcel value and HS Code (for international shipment.)
Step 5: Click ‘Courier Service‘ and select your preferred courier service. After that, pick your pick-up/drop-off date.
Step 6: After checking all the details, you can click ‘Checkout Now‘ button and then proceed to payment by clicking ‘Pay Now’.
Step 7: Go to ‘Order‘ to check your shipping information, download and print out AWB. After that you are all set!
