How do I book a point-to-point delivery service step-by-step?
Point to Point delivery service is fall under drop-off delivery service option. It refers to the transportation of parcels directly from a specific POPStation to another POPStation. For this service, you are required to drop-off your parcel at the POPStation that you’ve selected. Receiver will have to pick up the parcel at the POPStation. Scroll down for the step by step tutorial! Let's take SingPost - Point to Point as example.
Step 1: Click on “Send Parcel” at your Dashboard sidebar, then select “Single Parcel”. Then, quote and book your parcel at the “Get Instant Quotes” column.
Step 2: Select “SingPost - Point to Point” and click “Book” to proceed.
Step 3: Click the icon at the top right corner of the “Choose Available Points” column to select POPStation near you. Then, fill in sender details accordingly.
Step 4: Click the icon at the top right corner of the “Choose Available Points” column to select POPStation near you. Then, fill in receiver details accordingly.
Step 5: Fill in parcel details accordingly.
Step 6: Select drop-off date, additional features (optional) and click “Add To Cart”.
Step 7: In “My Cart”, select SingPost - Point to Point service and click “Check Out”.
Step 8: At the payment page, click “Pay With Credit” to proceed.
Step 9: The order is completed, you may click the printer icon to download the Airway Bills!
