What is Drop-Off Delivery?

Drop-off delivery is a service where you bring your parcel to a designated drop-off point — such as a POPStation or courier service centre — rather than having a courier collect it from your location. Once dropped off, the courier takes over and completes the delivery.

This option is ideal if you prefer the flexibility of dropping off parcels at your own convenience, without needing to arrange a pickup window.

Point-to-Point vs Point-to-Door

EasyParcel SG offers two types of drop-off delivery. Both require you to drop off the parcel at a designated location — the difference is how the parcel reaches your receiver.

Point-to-Point (P2P) — You drop off the parcel at a designated point (e.g. a POPStation). Your receiver then collects the parcel from a designated destination point.

Point-to-Door (P2D) — You drop off the parcel at a designated point (e.g. a POPStation). The parcel is then delivered directly to your receiver's doorstep by the courier.

When selecting a courier, the service listing will indicate whether it is a Point-to-Point or Point-to-Door service. The booking process is the same for both.

How to Book a Drop-Off Delivery

The steps below apply to both Point-to-Point and Point-to-Door drop-off services.

Step 1: Click Send Parcel from your dashboard and select Domestic Delivery as your delivery type.

Step 2: Enter the pickup and delivery postcodes and the weight of your parcel. Available courier options will appear once the details are entered. If you're unsure how to determine your parcel weight, you can learn it here.

Step 3: Select a courier that offers a drop-off service and click Book. The service listing will indicate whether it is a Point-to-Point or Point-to-Door service.

Step 4: Fill in the sender's and receiver's address and contact information.

Step 5: Fill in the parcel weight, content, and value. You may also enter parcel dimensions (optional but recommended for accurate pricing).

Step 6: Review any available optional services and select those that apply:

• Parcel Coverage — Protect your parcel with insurance coverage.
• Marketing Tools — Access a range of marketing options to engage your recipients.

Step 7: Select your preferred drop-off points.

Step 8: Proceed to payment. For a single shipment, click Checkout and complete payment via the available option (such as Instant Pay or Pay with Credits). If you would like to add more shipments before paying, click Add to Cart and check out when ready.

Step 9: Once payment is complete, go to Manage Parcel > All Parcels. Select your order(s) from the list, then click Download > Air Waybill to download in bulk, or click the printer icon to download and print the AWB for an individual shipment.

Available Drop-Off Couriers

Not all couriers on EasyParcel SG support drop-off. When selecting a courier at Step 3, only couriers that offer a drop-off option for your entered details will be available to select.

After Booking

Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete:

1. Go to Manage Parcel > All Parcels and download or print your AWB.
2. Attach the AWB securely to your parcel.
3. Bring your parcel to the drop-off location by the drop-off date you selected during booking.
